All maids who have worked in Malaysia and hold a valid work permit are required to apply for a Checkout Memo (COM) before returning to their home country. The COM serves as official clearance from the Malaysian Immigration Department, confirming that the worker is leaving Malaysia legally after completing her employment.

Original Passport

Return Flight Ticket
Confirmed return flight ticket to the worker's home country. Employers are responsible for ensuring this process is completed before the maid's departure. Failure to obtain the Checkout Memo may result in immigration complications or penalties.
