Enquire NowWe provide a complimentary and compulsory local practical training to help Domestic Helpers adapt to Malaysian household culture and employer expectations.
After your selected helper arrives in Malaysia and completes all required procedures, she will undergo a one-week intensive practical training to enhance skills and mental readiness called the AP Sands Malaysia Practical Training and Immersion Programme (PTIP).
This program helps new helpers adjust to their working environment before deployment, as they will learn:
Behavioral Management

Occupational Safety
The PTIP program also covers emotional management and problem-solving skills to prepare helpers for real-life challenges at work. Training includes hands-on modules in general housework, house rules, and professional conduct.
